Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon oat bran
- 1 tablespoon flax seed
- 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 banana, 1/2 apple, blueberries or any fruit you like
- 1 teaspoon honey
- pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
- Just put the almond milk with the cereal and salt in a small pot in low heat and stir until it gets creamy.
- Then serve with the fruit, cinnamon and honey.
