Hot porridge with cold fruit


Takes a few minutes but it’s a very nice hot-cold contrast 😉



  • 3 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon oat bran
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 banana, 1/2 apple, blueberries or any fruit you like
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • pinch of cinnamon


  • Just put the almond milk with the cereal and salt in a small pot in low heat and stir until it gets creamy.
  • Then serve with the fruit, cinnamon and honey.
