Spinach energy bowl

Most of our days start with stress to prepare for work, to go the kids to school, so for breakfast we just grab anything we find in the kitchen or eat the cereal leftovers… But, there are days that a miracle happens and you have 5 minutes extra to prepare a nice healthy breakfast! This recipe is for these days when you feel more relaxed and want to take care of YOU!


  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 6 tbsp oats
  • 4 tbsp flax seed
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt 2%
  • 3/4 cups almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 mango (80 grams)
  • 1/2 banana


Just blend everything up!
If you want in more thick, add 1-2 tbsp oats, if you want it like a smoothie to drink add more almond milk.
Serve with your favorite toppings, extra fruit or something crunchy like granola!
